I’m guessing that much of the money is given out through the whole range of agencies. Kinda like the DOJ giving a half million dollars to MSU to study right wingers on the internet.
The EPA gives money to inner city areas for “sustainable living”.
I could deal with going to different agencies to find grantees but I don’t even find those type listings. I wonder if when you see news stories like the EPA grants, Clinton foundation million dollar grants, I am searching the wrong way or it is only available thru freedom of information applications. If it is FOIA then I would bet it must be very specific as to the information.
