Josh Duggar confessed to his father Jim Bob Duggar on THREE separate occasions to multiple acts of sexual molestation against his sisters and a family friend, according to a new police report obtained exclusively by In Touch magazine.

The document also makes clear that Josh was 15 years old when he molested his 5-year-old sister and committed at least SEVEN acts of sexual molestation.

This, unfortunately, will be what the libs use to take out Cruz. There’s a single picture and it will be posted all over with more phony quotes.

In Touch magazine is supposed to have “news value”?

They are reporting on something that happened.

Do you have any evidence that anyone violated said confidentiality laws? Because I see a redacted police report - redacted in order to comply with the confidentiality laws.

Do I have evidence

It’s now public knowledge

The facts were not to be released by law redacted or otherwise

And in this case the redacted hides nothing given the circumstances and who requested it

It describes everthing about the family and the case and ages etc

They simply blacked out names

Confidentiality laws don’t excuse redacted violations

I actually watched Megyn kelly and two lawyers dissect this law last nite

Newfound respect for fembot Kelly.

Like I just said btw

These laws exist as much for child victims privacy as for teen perps

I say we end confidentiality for young teenagers regardless of them being under 18. Young people are charged as adults regularly. A public service benefit came about here so people know who the monster Duggar is who will likely re-offend again.

I agree with his family’s politics, so I’ll give him a pass.

So now he was 15 when he did it. Before he was 12 and then 14.

Number one: it is not a "new" police report. Number two: the records were sealed originally to protect the girls, they were destroyed from public records recently by a judge at the request of the girls, and the records had been released illegally as an act of political sabotage. Yet the magazine is trying to whip up indignation over the acts of a 15-year-old kid (who was apparently so sheltered—he was their first kid—that his parents had not explained to him how to cope with puberty and erections) than over the deliberate acts of adults who broke the law to humiliate Duggar's family, Christians and the Family Research Council where he works, for political reasons.

Sick.

children should not be in the presence of Josh Duggar. He should be labeled a sex offender.

Youths convicted of sexual offenses should be kept off sex offender registries because they are counterproductive to effective treatment, a report out Tuesday recommends. The Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission’s Juvenile Sex Offender report also states that youth offenders have a better chance at effective treatment when they are kept at home rather than sent to detention centers.

Recent reports by Human Rights Watch and the Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission — both critical of juvenile registries — found that children lash out sexually for different reasons than adults and are less likely to reoffend. One survey involving about 11,000 young offenders put the recidivism rate at 7 percent, compared with 13 percent for adult sex offenders, according to the Human Rights Watch report.

I'm more worried about the lack of prosecution against Josh Duggar.

Just curious: why does it worry you?

Oh, I'm not overly concerned about any particular incidents. But, generally speaking, I like to see sex offenders, especially serial sex offenders, brought to justice.

The irony of this specific thread is/was the number of people calling for the "leaker" to be prosecuted but no mention of hoping the same would happen/would have happened for Josh Duggar.

You’re citing leftist human rights watch? seriously? Duggar, at 15, was close enough to 18. It’s not like he was 10.

I think you are overgeneralizing there. The resentment of hypocrisy is because the calls from the left for protection of Michael Brown's juvenile record do not seem to apply to a conservative juvenile—or his victims.

Duggar, at 15, was close enough to 18. It’s not like he was 10.

It's not like he was raised in a house of prostitution, or was subjected to porn films at home, either. He was trying to cope with sexual urges about which his parents had kept him in total ignorance, his being homeschooled with no television or access to information. I'm not trying to excuse his actions, but I do think the parents bear a lot of responsibility for not understanding his situation and giving him clear guidance as, or before, he hit puberty. In a sense he is a victim of their putting their heads in the sand and circling the wagons. Michelle is a dip, but JimBob has been out in the world and should have done better by his child.

Where I used to live there were a lot of Amish folks. I remember one day shopping at a marketplace where the Amish would come in from their farms every morning to sell their produce and baked goods in a big east coast city. There were a lot of kinds of vendors at this enormous market. I saw an Amish girl around 14 in her gray dress and white apron and bonnet, crouching behind the counter at a magazine stall. Apparently the stall owner was out to lunch, giving the Amish girl the chance to avidly peruse a smut magazine.

Stop trying to make this a liberal-conservative issue. EVERYONE should be outraged over the behavior of Josh, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, not just liberals.

All I want to know from you is how, legally, "EVERYONE", is supposed to have this information?

Come on now. Don't be shy CofaC!
