We have put 14 and 15 year olds on trial as adults, but we have not put seven year olds on trial as adults.
Heck, in many states, seven year olds are considered too young even for juvenile delinquency proceedings, much less adult trials.
The people who are trying to justify, or mitigate, or lessen the severity of what Josh Duggar (and his parents) did by comparing it to Lena Dunham disgust me.
