Group punishment (citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah) is always controversial. God remains silent on the subject to this day.

To paraphrase Robert Duvall in “The Great Santini,” -—

“God don’t say, he just do.”

Is this the same God that made the Israelites wander for forty years in the Wilderness because some of them resorted to Idol Worship?

I think he has a pretty clear record of supporting group punishment.

Huh?

The Bible is filled with examples demonstrating your personal sin doesn't just effect you.

Romans 14:7 - "For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself."

Achan's entire family was stoned and burned to death because of his defiance of God.
