Will Anthony Kennedy be Denied Communion at Mass Tomorrow?
Self | June 27, 2015 | fwdude

Justice Anthony Kennedy, being a Roman Catholic, will likely approach the altar for Holy Communion if he attends Mass tomorrow. This is a defining moment for the Roman Church.

Will Anthony Kennedy be denied holy communion, based on his attrocious sin of sodomizing marriage?

Biden and Pelosi took communion at the Vatican, the last time they were there.

I think the church defined itself the day Obama took the stage at Notre Dame.

Do you actually believe he “cares”?

Judges, Politicians, Government workers, etc., all have NO fear of repercussions due to their actions.

It is OUR fault that we have come to this juncture.

What ever happened to the old bell, book and candle ritual of excommunication? If the Pope weren’t so busy worshipping at the altar of global warming, he should be excommunicating these who sold out sacramental marriage.

Of course not. His denomination approves of his actions. Otherwise he would be called to account. All I hear are crickets.

If he receives, it’s on his problem, not the Church’s. He’ll be the one committing sacrilege.

Which party is the party of mass immigration of new voters to the Untied States, and of global warming?

If the European leadership took actions like excommunication and forbidding communion to democrats and liberals, that led to American Catholics switching to the republican party, how would it effect those issues dear to the Vatican’s long term goals?

Actually, he sodomized nothing....he doesn't, or shouldn't vote on his personal view of any subject....he is to only vote on the constitutional rights of people and he did. I disagree with him on this vote, but nevertheless, it is his obligation to vote on his view of the constitution rather than his view on the subject.

I have also heard that through his connections to a homosexual professor at his university, he may have had some homosexual leanings.

Think again.....like it or not he is the president of the United States.....he was speaking at a prestigeous university, every opinion that he holds cannot be used to determine where and when he speaks......HOWEVER, they should not have granted him an honorary degree in anything.

My second son graduated from Notre Dame but because of that honorarium to Obama, they will never get another dime from me.

It’s a ridiculous question to even bring up.

Of course, no.

I don’t believe any of these politicians believe in God. I don’t believe the pope believes in God. There’s no way they can and do the things they do. It’s all just a show for them.

I do not disagree with you, but their belief in God is beside my point.

My point is, they have no fear of retribution from US.

I wouldnt call it a defining moment, but an argument could be made that it violates Canon Law #915.

Can. 915 Those who have been excommunicated or interdicted after the imposition or declaration of the penalty and others obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.

To me it looks like hypocrisy. But I am sure our Roman Catholic Friends will help us rationalize all this away in short order.

There’s nothing to rationalize. It’s not hypocrisy, it’s willful defiance and deception. Any Catholic who’s paid attention knows that we warned of exactly what we’re living through today. With only a handful of exceptions throughout the Church, we have a clergy “who are more in name than in deed... who practice the cruelty of ravening wolves rather than the charity and affection of devoted shepherds.”

This was not unforeseen. Nor is it undeserved.

It’s more likely that he’ll burst into flames after crossing the Church’s threshold.

Literal translation into Latin: “No child’s behind left.”

They allow communion to the enablers of infanticide. Do you really think they’re going to deny it to the buddies of buttpokers?

I guess this makes me an terrible bigot against the Mother Church.
