As I read it, you're objecting to making a moral equivalency between pro-lifers, Christians, etc. and homosexuals.

Whether they are moral equals or not isn't relevant to me. It's the government being allowed to hose them down and abuse them simply for what they are saying - THAT I object to. And if it's okay to hose down the gays it's okay to hose down whoever else the government doesn't like.
