Does it benefit Ted’s campaign to order from his site (tedcruz.org) rather than a bookstore? If so, I’ll get it from there.
Good question, but I don’t know. Is he offering signed books? Then they probably have boxes of them sitting in an office and just send them out when they’re ordered. If they’re not signed, they’re probably coming directly from some “fulfillment center,” such as Amazon. (Though they’d probably get a cut from that.) If you can find a phone # on the site, I’d just call and ask.
