Okay,,lets see some recipes for dogs and cats here.

Some people dont seem to be able to put themselves in the shoes of others. If people were eating the pet you have i think the hypocrisy would tank this site.

We raised rabbits when I was a kid. Good eats. Haven’t had it since though.

Rabbit, prepared properly, is quite delicious. I have a recipe somewhere for an old Colonial-style rabbit fricassee that’s really tasty (though the nutmeg and mace might take some getting used to for more modern eaters)

A young fellow at work back in the 70’s family raised them. He cooked some up and brought it in for everybody to try. I ate it; it’s probably really good if you can overcome squeamishness. It was in a crockpot with a nice gravy.

My folks had a friend of Hungarian parentage while we were stationed in Japan. He raised rabbits and served them roasted with large quantities of garlic and paprika. Yum !
