Anti-2nd Amendment gun smuggler, Democrat Leland Yee, headed to prison

We’re glad this criminal is off the streets, but we’ll also be honest. We were hoping this one would go to trial because an anti-2nd Amendment Democrat who also happens to be an international gun-runner is just too much fun to pass up.

Have fun in the slammer, Mr. Yee.

I'm sure he'll get no special treatment while in detention. I thought (yeah, I know, dangerous) I read someplace yesterday that the actual gun charges had been dropped. Maybe on WeaselZippers which we aren't able to post from here. Anyway, bye bye mr. yee.

NOW GO GET DI/FI.

BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her----even BEFORE the shocking Chi/Com missile scandal broke.

Di/Fi's known aversion to guns did not prevent her from honoring jailbird Lee's co-defendant, Raymond Chow---Chow is the key figure in Cali's Demorat state Sen Leland Yee's shocking missile deal w/ China (Yee is a notorious grabber of American guns).

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:

<><>Feinstein heads the Senate Intel Committee;

<><> Her hubby Richard Blum made million as the lawyer for Chinese interests;

<><> gun-grabber Leland Yee knew where to get missiles, launchers, machine-guns etc;

<><> Co-conspirator Raymond Chow was jailed, then freed when he professed to be a “really nice guy”.... honored by Di/Fi for working with local Chinese youths.

====================================================

EVERYBODY KNOWS THE DI/FI STORY COULD DWARF YEE'S ARMS DEAL: Taxpayers demand and investigation of Di/Fi's intel activities.

<><> Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly?

<><> Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

<><> Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

Yee's legislative calendar shows meetings with undercover FBI agents

Yee's calendar shows he was scheduled to meet that afternoon with Jackson and a man named Mike King. Campaign finance records, news reports and a lawsuit filed on behalf of Chow indicate Michael Anthony King, a Georgia businessman, was the alias used by UCE 4773.

There are four entries in 2011 and 2012 showing meetings between Yee and the man identified as Mike King. Two of the meetings were scheduled to take place in the Sacramento office of Bill Duplissea, a lobbyist and former Assemblyman representing San Mateo County. Duplissea did not immediately respond to a call Friday seeking comment.

Terry Francke, general counsel for Californians Aware, a nonprofit that advocates for government transparency, said the calendar entries deserve scrutiny because they provide a fuller account of how Yee, whose salary was paid by taxpayers, spent his time. Francke argues the calendars for all state lawmakers should be public.

Didn’t see it anywhere but will he lose his lucrative pension? Will he get time off for good behavior? How long will he actually serve and will he get re-elected once he’s out?

Sponsored by Senator Diane Feinstein, the Desert Wilderness Protection Act and its companion bill known as the California Desert Protection Act created three new national parks and seventy- four new wilderness areas in the desert of California that total 8 million acres (an area the size of Maryland). This closes acreage to development, forces out private owners within the protected area and closes mines and ranches. It also expands the Death Valley and Joshua Tree national monuments and upgrades them to national parks.

It seems that the real motivation for passage of this bill lies with the special interest groups that would benefit monetarily. Through a complex series of land exchanges, Catellus Corporation (Owned by none other than Richard Blum DiFI Hubby), a subsidiary of Santa Fe Pacific, will receive land that contains some of the richest gold deposits in the world.

Senator’s husband profits for 15 years from federal funds (Feinstein-Blum)
NY Post ^ | 1/19/15 | Richard Johnson / FR Posted by Libloather

My report Sunday on the lucrative deal Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband has to sell 56 post office buildings barely scratched the surface of her conflicts of interest. The California Democrat’s financier husband, Richard C. Blum, is estimated to be a billionaire from his shrewd investments in companies that profit from federal policies.

“For at least 15 years, Feinstein has appeared to support government contracts that push federal funds toward companies co-owned or governed by her powerful, billionaire husband, Richard C. Blum,” Breitbart News reported. (Excerpt) Read more at pagesix.com ...

MORE The US Postal Service plans to sell 56 buildings — the real estate company of Sen Finestein's husband, Richard Blum, is set to pocket about $1 billion in commissions.

Blum’s company, CBRE, was selected in March 2011 as the sole real estate agent on sales expected to fetch $19 billion.----Blum is on CBRE’s board and served as chairman from 2001 to 2014. This feat of federal spousal support was ignored after Feinstein’s office said the senator, whose wealth is pegged at $70 million, had nothing to do with the USPS decisions. (NY POST --PAGE SIX)

The upside of his sentence is that guns in prison are relatively rare. Relatively.

Blum also got the former Naval Facility of Treasure Island and built High end Condos.
