I don’t see why this is a state police issue, and it looks like the investigators agreed after the liberal sore losers whined. She seems to have delivered on the deal as advertised, and that is better than our politicians do.
There is a distinction between a “game of chance”(gambling) and a “game of skill” (writing an essay) in the eyes of the powers that be.
