I hate these kinds of videos. Where is the beginning? Who was talking to who? Who walked up to who? They obviously must have more. Why not show it?

This sequence means nothing to me without knowing what happened before hand.

I agree, I had to go find more of the video to determine what was going on. Most videos out there just show her throwing the first punch and everyone wants to know why she was not charged.
In my opinion from the longer video he was the aggressor and was pushing her aside before she turned around and confronted him with a raised fist. Which makes since why the prosecutor charged him and not her.
Sad thing is this girl will get the wrath of the FSU dye hards and will get crucified by the Internet bullies like the last girl who made a claim against FSU QB Winston

From what I can tell from the longer video is she gets up to the bar first and he is trying to squeeze in to her left between her and someone else. For whatever reason she won’t let him squeeze past her and they are exchanging words when she turns around to get in his face. He grabs her arm and they continue to argue and she throws a weak punch and he decks her.

Pretty pathetic of both of them. Now he has lost his scholarship and she’s probably still hanging at the bar throwing her fat ass around so the next person can’t get to the bar.

It looked like he bumped her while moving up to the bar. She raised a fist as words were exchanged, and she struck first.

Now men are so much better at violence that he needs to be sanctioned, but she needs to be recognized as the primary physical aggressor. He did attempt to restrain her from hitting him - taking a lesser approach - prior to the actual punching, and he shouldn’t have to put up with her physical attack, but his response was still excessive.
