Check this out...my kids loved it:
A bag of frozen stirfry veggies and two packs of raman
Cook up the veggies in a pan and boil the noodles up.
Throw the season packs away....when the veggies are ready drain the noodles and combine in a big bowl....toss with some soy sauce and light salt and pepper.
Cheap easy yummy and filling (if you like chinese food)
Also a great way to use up some leftover chicken or steak.
