“jury is out on gluten”
The jury has spoken in my case. I have to avoid gluten. I’ve tested the “gluten intolerance is psychosomatic, fad, [insert term here]”
I have personally researched the topic over many years, by ignoring repeated digestive evidence to the contrary, with very unpleasant and unhealthy result. However, I have found that there are pills that, for me, allow very limited intake with to able side effects.
It’s pretty easy to be gluten free these days. It costs a little more but it’s a lot easier than it used to be.
You and I have some of the same problems. My life has gotten more complicated as I age. I expect it will get worse.
