Because we’ve spent 14 years jumping up and down screaming to secure the borders and nobody cared?

McConnell very likely will find his majority leadership a short-lived experience.

At the rate he has been giving Obama everything Obama wanted, his party could be for a major loss of Senate seats next November.

The Pubbies have about 24 seats up. The Dems have about 9. McConnell and Boehner ran on the theme that ‘they learned their lesson [re: Lott and Frist fiascos] and now know how to govern.’ They think giving everything in the store to Obama is effective governing.

If the ‘mad as hell’ voters continue to support Trump, they likey might vote against the ole obstacle senators.

Now that this home has been free of the stench of party affiliation for a couple of years, we can - and do - assign politicians to various levels of hell as each truly deserves, give no more mulligans for ANY elected officials, and believe that actions DO speak louder than words.

Donald Trump hasn't personally shoved legislation down our throats (or up our rectums, as the case may be), but Mitch McConnell and John Boehner have done so with regularity accompanied by absolute contempt… they along with John "America's Greatest War Hero of All Time Even Into Perpetuity as Determined By Media Gatekeepers" McCain, Lindsey Graham, and other fine examples of the GOP-e Corrupt Bastards Club. Right now, DT is - at worst - a potential no-good, damnable "public servant" sucking the blood out of the USA, whereas an apparent majority of the Republican Party are at this point in time confirmed malefactors who are beneath the DC rock scurrying around in parasitical parity with their loathsome so-called "opposition."

It’s many reasons but mostly he’s given a voice to the frustrated and fights media and the left

And the media focuses since he sells airtime...they know he’s not good for them but boy is he fun

Like that stripper girlfriend you knows no good but damn....that Trump to CNN etc

Newt did this briefly last go around fighting back till Fox and Drudge and the RNC killed him

Fight back and voice the concerns of most of us

It transcends ideology a bit

I have no clue how this ends but the best part IS WATCHING ALL THESE GOP ESTABLISHMENT TYPES WHO HAVE EFFED US RAW AND USED OUR VOTES TO PIMP THEIR INFLUENCE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SINCE MAGNUS RUN ABOUT LIKE SCARED RABBITS PLEADING FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE IT STOP

I LOVE IT

I HATE THOSE BASTARDS VICHY PRICKS

My fear - General election, Hillary vs. Bush vs. Trump.

Hello president Hillary.

Yes, in the general, I could vote for Trump if he’s the republican candidate. I’m just afraid he’s going to pull a Perot. As of now, I’ll be voting Walker in the primary.
