Thanks for posting this, it is good to know she recovered.
It made me sick at heart to see her photo a while back.
If one drunk drives another drunk home, and kills a family on the way, no one would mention the “kindness” of the second drunk driver.
The same type of criminal “adopts” an animal that is likely to rip the throat out of a toddler on a whim.
Good for Caitlyn to recover so well. If we could have pit bulls here, I would have one in a heartbeat.
Thanks for the ping!
#Caitlyn Update August 23rd
Caitlyn and her rescuer Aldwin Roman were interviewed by anchorwoman Carolyn Murray WCBD TV
on WCBD News 2 as we were preparing for the national NBC Clear the shelters event. Our campaign to
bring awareness to the fact that dogs like #Caitlyn are in our shelter everyday and need homes, helped
Charleston Animal Society to adopt 182 animals this weekend.
Caitlyn and her foster family have a regular nightly routine! With two boys and two dogs it is important to
have night time rituals so that everyone can settle in for the night and go to bed at a regular time. With
the boys in school this is important and true for the pups too! So after a game of chase around the house
on a rainy South Carolina evening, Oreo and Caitlyn wait for their bedtime snack!
Caitlyn has received many gifts in the mail from her fans but we thought you would love to see this
handmade quilt that was lovingly made just for her!
Thank You so much for the update!
