Caught cheating at Lotto on national television, the Serbian Lotto sweepstakes is now under investigation.

Funny, they use the same machinery here in the USA too. Watch how the numbers appear on the screen on the LIVE broadcast before they are shown.

Watch the consternation on the face of the spokesmodel.

You can't win, if you don't play... LOL

A Serbian lottery draw has become the subject of a criminal investigation after a winning number appeared on screen before it had been drawn.

Viewers of the Serbian State Lottery's live TV broadcast on Tuesday evening were left confused and suspicious after the fourth number in the draw, 27, was displayed on the screen as a 21.

Moments later, the ball number 21 was drawn.

The presenter was visibly uncomfortable as the remainder of the numbers were drawn, and the graphics displaying the numbers were repeatedly turned on and off.

According to Tanjug News Agency, the Belgrade Higher Public Prosecutor's Office has now issued a warrant to the police to investigate those involved with the broadcast.

Republic Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac said they were aware the case caused "widespread alarm among citizens" and would deliver results to the public.

The director of the State Lottery of Serbia said it was a coincidental technical mistake and there was "not a single mechanism that could be used to influence the result", b92 News reported.

"Instead of typing in the number 27, he entered 21. At that point, I guess after realising what he did, the man entered the number 27. In other words, the number of the ball that had been drawn.

"Now - it was a coincidence, I say, under some laws of probability, there was the possibility that the ball 21 would be drawn, and it was. If you ask me, there's nothing strange there as far as I'm concerned."

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic promised a full investigation into the incident.

"If there were any elements of a criminal act in the draw of numbers in the lottery late on Tuesday, all responsible individuals will suffer the consequences for this," Mr Vucic said.

Serbia? What about every state in the US? When lotteries are rolled out, state boards promise they are for the “ children.” Well what happens? The money goes into the general fund and the schools get nothing. Where is the accounting of where all the money went? Nowhere! It is just a big lie as the State can never get enough money and it is the rule to ask for more interminably. ONE BIG LIE AFTER ANOTHER.

The whole lottery system is a scam. It is a tax on the poor to pay for programs used primarily by lilly whites, like bicycle trails in upper class neighboorhoods.

I have seen thousands of blacks waste the cash they have with lottery commissions. NEVER on the lottery, always the 3 or 4 digit number. Hopelessly addicted it to it. The only tax they pay in the hood.

Was a case 30 years ago in Pennsylvania where lottery official
weighted down balls by injecting them with paint

Then bet on all the combinations of the unweighted balls

winning number = 666

Conviction in Iowa ‘Hot Lotto’ Case
Former lottery official illegally purchased ticket “claimed” under mysterious circumstances

CLIVE, Iowa — An Iowa jury has convicted a former multi-state lottery association official of fraud in a case where prosecutors said he rigged a Hot Lotto game drawing to win a $14.3 million prize...

...In December 2010, a man bought a Hot Lotto ticket at a Des Moines, Iowa, convenience store. That ticket won the Hot Lotto drawing on December 29.

For nearly a year, the prize went unclaimed. Then, with less than two hours to go before the prize would have expired on Dec. 29, 2011, lawyers on behalf of a New York investment trust that had been established to benefit a corporation in the country of Belize presented the winning ticket.

Neither the two lawyers who presented the ticket nor anyone associated with Hexham Investments Trust of Bedford, N.Y., would provide the basic details necessary to verify that the ticket had been legally purchased, legally possessed and legally presented. Those involved said they could not identify the jackpot winner or the man who purchased the winning ticket...

We give half a billion dollars to Planned Parenthood and then they give millions to the DNC.

The school money is spent elsewhere because now the funding comes from the lottery.

Simple shell game.
