Days after Donald Trump talked up the idea of putting Sarah Palin in his administration, the former Republican vice presidential candidate and tea party favorite is showing she's got Trump's back.
Palin wrote Friday on the conservative Breitbart news site that Trump's candidacy will continue to appeal to "ordinary Americans" despite what she described as a bludgeon of attacks from GOP elites, pundits and the media.
Calling Trump's candidacy "a shot in the arm for ordinary Americans fed up with the predictable poll-tested blather of squishy milquetoast career politicians," Palin argued that Trump's style and message is appealing to voters and that he is tapping into "major populist grievances."

Give up before you move from looking silly to looking ignernt. :-)
LOL. See this is what happens when you smoke CATNIP.
No nominee yet and you guys are jumping on the bandwagon for a or b.
I’ll vote for Trump. I’ll vote for Cruz.
But I bet only one of them will be on the ballot, or neither. Just don’t know who yet.
Trump is polling very, very well. The latest polls have the most conservative candidates at the top. Which is a breath of fresh air. Americans don’t want a weenie whiny victimized traitor or anyone that even smells like it. Americans want the big guns, we want the biggest explosions, and we want the most in your face patriotic President we can get. We don’t want a Kerry type whimpering on his knees to an Ayatollah. We want someone that has the Ayatollah so paranoid he is surrounded by armed men 24/7 who pees himself when he has to leave his bunker.
Now I know why CEW is all over you and this thread. Pulled his bio and he quotes name brands lauding his writing skills. A paragon of modesty. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: FR has been used frequently over the past few years by over ambitious barely-known scribblers to embellish their escutcheon. It’s cheap, free advertising. Ignore these barnacles sticking themselves to the hull of public discourse. Carry on and thanks for the post.
LOL. So you know what Sarah is going to do in the future. Tell us what else the future holds.
Note for the record, YOU started this, and you challenged me. Fair enough. Here we go.
Palin made a speech at CPAC 2014 that was almost an endorsement of Cruz...certainly was an endorsement of him as leader of fighting the liberal Democrats and the Washington establishment....was an endorsement of him as the road map to success in 2014 mid terms. So it's not so much the future as recalling the past. BTW, my published writings on Palin since 2008, long before you ever heard of her, have proven almost 100% on the money. I get where she's coming from. It comes easy to me.
Now, as for predicting the future, to a great degree I did, in my 2013 book - written late 2012 - it's all in here. And I'm sorry you are not smart enough to participate in making predictions. It's actually quite an established industry.
Actually Palin and Trump go back a ways, and have been close. I could find and quote a number of articles from even 2011.
Palin and Cruz are also close.
Like here? When I was 40 months ahead of the whole thing...both on the good points of Trump and what I still promise you will emerge as the bad parts of Trump?
Look, I’m sure Palin likes both men a lot....she likes anyone who fights hard against Washington. She endorsed Newt last time...for just that reason...a fighter.
But she’s far closer ideologically to Cruz than Trump, and one of her hot buttons is crony capitalism, and without a doubt some of Trump’s business ventures have a big crony aspect to them. She’ll endorse Cruz, but she’ll never say anything bad about Trump.
We shall see.
Good talking with you.
You are a nimrod, I’m a spinster, my husband is a weenie and C. Edmund is still factually challenged. :=)
To clarify, this is not to say that Palin has any antipathy towards Paul. Its clear she thinks very positively of him. It is equally clear that she prefers the tactics and moreover, the emphases of Cruz. She is more worried about ObamaCare than drones and she thinks the filibuster was a move of genius that has been validated by history. This would not be considered an endorsement of any candidate for 2016 necessarily, but it was clear that the Cruz message was her prescription for the 2014 midterms.
Haha. Have a great day.
:-)
LOVE this. Is she finally ditching the douchebag McCain?
Is Scottrade paying you by the post?
Hmmmm, after reading the preceding posts on this thread I get the impression not all favor Trump.
No, but I am intrigued. What do you mean by that?
And by factually challenged, you mean that everything I've written about Palin since 2008 and Trump since 2011 is PLAYING OUT EXACTLY TO FORM! You wish you could be so factually challenged. BTW, I'm right about the other stuff too I'm sure......tho I've not written about you.....
I am glad you post about me. That's so refreshing.
Thank God I got 2 external keyboards for the price of one! I don’t remember what the post was about now, but my money says you have just won it, 4Runner. That was a thing of beauty.
