I think that the real issue is the possibility of injuring (or worse) someone from stray gunfire. If it was actually OVER his property no one will convict on this. If it wasn’t, that gets trickier.
Then there is the “who” on the other side of this. If it was a bunch of teenage boys, I’d have to give them credit for creativity. If it was a 42-year old man...I’d give him 15 minutes with the girl’s father in a soundproof room with no window and no camera.
the drone owner is claiming he took a bet from a friend to see if he could make it from A to B but I guess between A & B was this guys house.....He,homeowner with daughters, got pissed,shot it down,don’t blame him
