Hey, that boat I built in my basement is a beaut.
It does get in the way when I need to use the washer/dryer, though.
A buddy of mine told me, “A boat is a big hole in the water you throw money into.”, and the 2 best days in a boat owners life are the day he buys it, and the day he sells it.
So you may be getting the most out of it in your basement!
