It's difficult in our society to rmenber to call him a "him", because everyone is calling him a "her". But we all need to make the effort to continue to be accurate with any pronouns applied to him. It's probably the only charity most of us could reasonably extend to him anyway.

I’m kinda surprised. It would be very easy to mistake them.
Men looking for a laugh have been dressing in drag for centuries - why is it suddenly so brave and celebrated to do so. This is pitiful at best but mostly grotesque.
Here’s a question no one has ever been able to answer for me: How originally, did the Kardashian’s become famous in the first place? What exactly have they done with their lives to merit such continual attention?
It’s an honest question because I really don’t know. Which perhaps I should wear as a badge of pride; if the only thing they are famous for is getting butt implants or somesuch it really doesn’t say much about our “culture”.
