Mayhap if more of these cretins were whipped at an early age the crime rate would go down.
I'm sure you are correct, and yet I can't help feeling sometimes that countries that practice caning might not be all wrong.
If there were fathers in the house willing to do a little effective parenting, there’d be a lot more black kids alive today.
In countries were caning is prevalent (Singapore is a great example), crime is low.
I was with the commentator until he brought up Hillary’s “village”. The real force in this kid’s life should be his parents. That’s two parents, a mother and father. The father is not there because liberal policies destroyed the reason for the father to take responsibility for staying in the family and raising his son. Forget about the village, it’s the parents who brought this kid into this world and it is their responsibility to take care of him and raise him to be a good individual.
I’m pretty sure I saw this video about a month ago. I thought this was to be about another victim taking his belt off vs a petty crook.
