The fact that David Kendall, her personal lawyer, has a thumb drive with the emails is already a major crime and breach of security. He in effect has been passed classified information. They law on this is very plain. This was a criminal act among many she has committed.
The state department security manager needs to be subpoenaed, after all she/he is the point of contact. I do not believe the statement “no one can say a thing” I worked around numerous federal civil servants. They are inefficient except when it comes down to making sure you crossed your I’s and T’s especially related to security. As I said, did she attend quarterly security briefings or not. If so, she knew non government thumb drives were illegal as well as non government phones.

We know that “keyhole” information, which is the most secret information we have was on the server. Keyhole information is from our spy satellites. This information is gathered by the military and not by the Department of States.
Once the military gathers this information I assumed it is automatically classified and when given to the Secretary of State would be marked as such?
I don’t know anything about that, but you would think all satellite video would be classified secret. Apparently the video’s of all the planes flying circles around hotspots in America are secret. There’s technology demonstrated there I would have never thought would be used against American’s, and yes, I know about that tech.
So Hillary took the satellite pictures? Or did they come from NSA who would have put on the TS classification?
Then if the information is classified now she did it after removing it to her computer? I would think that much of the intelligence came from sources other than the state department so that responsibility for original classification was elsewhere. The NSA would classify SIGINT information it supplied to state before NSA sent it.
I had not seen any description of what TS material she leaked. Obviously, photos would already have had a classification, although I would have thought they would be CIA, not NSA. Policies, which she to some extent should have originated, might not already have been classified.

Yes, that is true. But the refrain from Hillary and the MSM is that it wasn’t classified when she had so. If that is true (a big IF), then it would imply it was information that originated with the State Dept that she should have classified, but didn’t.
If it was SI/TK satellite imagery (as is now being alleged), then only a retard would not have considered it classified. Or ignored the existing classification. So all bets are off.
Something tells me that Hillary isn’t big on details or rules. Those are for the little people.
Not the way she did it. Reclassified isnt altered/cut and paste into a different security header.
yeah, I’m pretty sure everybody knows that. An issuing agency can be overruled and a security classification can be changed if conditions warrant. If the document is on a government server the classification change can be made immediate. If it’s on a private server, that change is neither easy nor necessarily possible.
