But we dare link drug / alcohol test to if they get an EBT/SNAP and we are called racist...
When it could EASILY be argued that driving is more of a right than EBT/SNAP.
It seems to me that many localities are more interested in the revenue generated from DUI than they are in actually trying to stop it. My perception is that I live in one of those localities that are not as interested in stopping it as they are in profiting from it.

The trouble with the piss test...it works great to catch those using marijuana, not so good for other street drugs.
