Try doing it when it’s 110. Decisions have consequences. Doesn’t change the fact that a loss of license is NOT house arrest and they CAN go on with their lives and their jobs it’s just going to be a tough road for them.
Perhaps we should chop off a hand.
They could still get on with their lives.
People who already have a weakness do not need to have custom made excuses handed to them.
Excessive punishments that do not fit the crime do exactly that.
