Years ago (2007) was working in and around the Miami area. Somewhere in North Miami I stopped at a Mickie D’s. I honestly had to point to the items on the menu boards to get what I wanted.
I had an incident at a Jack in the box, ended up me loudly telling the help they needed to learn English. You could have heard a pin drop in there. Then I called the corporate office and complained. They just sent me coupons for free food.
