Woods triple bogied the 11th and bogied the 12th today to wind up in 4-way tie for tenth place.
Good to see him win. I like the crop of young players, but the occasional win by a “elder of the game” is refreshing.
Woods seemed to play with a bit more humility and sportsmanship than we’ve seen in the past.
I’ve got Dish cable and I get about a million channels. This tournament was televised yesterday but not today. I guess when Tiger falls apart again they figured it was not good for ratings.

This was a pretty big deal. Davis is the oldest player to win in the modern era. 51y 4m. Only 2 older winners ever, both pre senior tour. Sam Snead is the oldest by just over a year, at the same tournament in 1965. This gets Davis into the FedEx cup playoffs this year. A 2 year exemption on the PGA tour. An invite to the masters next spring, etc. He is a great guy.
