Some of the points are weak - “scumbag”, for example, is something I hear used by men frequently, and there are reasons why a hacker might go for some data that is not financially valuable, if they have an axe to grind (say, caught his/her spouse using the site).
However, the conclusion seems pretty solid, the above points don’t need to be true for the overall analysis to be correct.

The conclusion may or may not be correct, but much of the evidence cited is nonsense.
1) scumbag is commonly used by men.
2) It would be unusual for any important documents to be stored exclusively on the hard drives of the CEO or other executives. Most confidential files would be stored on those individuals’ personal sections on a shared network drive (unless we are talking about the IRS.)

As far as I can tell, most all of the ‘hacks’ recently have been ‘insider’ jobs.

..."scumbags" (for those readers that don't speak American/Canadian English, this is a word that only a woman would ever use to describe men).Wrong. I've used it and heard it used frequently by other men to describe...scumbags!

McAfee's positing a bunch of psychology about the files that were taken, and why.
To anyone else, it looks like the servers were simply cloned and posted online, in toto. It doesn't seem at all like files were chosen as more, or less, embarrassing. Everything needed to embarrass and destroy the company was copied and released.
You don't need a PhD to come up with conspiracy theories**.
