Thank you for the article. It is not surprising, as it has been really wet our west here, following a mild winter. I’m seeing stoats near the house for the first time ever. A friend’s cat had a cattle bot fly larvae removed yesterday. Insects are everywhere, which it unusual, but to be expected given the conditions.

More rodents, more fleas and flies, more plague & other nasty things.

No mystery.

My guess was the wet weather, too.
