During a news conference at the DNC in Minneapolis, MN, Hillary Clinton again reiterated that she did not send or receive material marked 'classified' on her private and unsecured email server.
Nice word play you did there, Hillary, but whether or not classified information is marked as such or not is NOT the question or issue. The question is, "Did you send or receive CLASSIFIED INFORMATION (MARKED OR NOT) ON YOUR UNCLASSIFIED SERVER???"
As Secretary of State, Hillary of ALL PEOPLE should be well aware of what information is classified or unclassified, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS MARKED.
Well, if she didn’t have a DoS email I account, then how the hell did she supposedly do her job without sending and receiving classified email?
Question: "Ms.Clinton, in your tenure at state, how much material became classified as a result of your oversight?"
This week one of Rush’s listeners (Mark Steyn was guest hosting)said that it is impossible to send a classified email to a server that is not secure.It can not be done.
The only way to send it is to print it, scan it, remove the classified signature and then send it and someone had to do this on purpose. Who was that someone?
This may be another Clinton "it depends on what the meaning of 'is' is" answer. I never sent or received material marked 'Classified' either. I did, however, send and receive material marked "Confidential", "Secret", and "Top Secret" on servers rated to handle such transmissions. I just never saw something marked with a generic "Classified".
Why is no one asking her or her cronies those questions?
That is why (1) she's not the target of FBI investigation; and (2) her aid(s) were under scrutiny. And we heard Huma had lawyered up.
Interesting, Hillary is bound and determined to get her prize no matter what.
First of all, I imagine most of her communications with foreign counterparts would be considered Secret...so she herself was creating classified information, which was obviously not ‘unmarked’.
And think about it - if somebody verbally tells her something, it isn’t ‘marked’ as classified...when she viewed the Bin Laden raid, she visually saw an event which has secret details, which was not ‘marked’. Not all classified information is in a written form that can be ‘marked’.
But secondly - so what? All 90,000 emails she shielded from federal record keeping laws are a crime - every single one of them, classified or not.
They are indeed the political crime family represented by the mafia-esque attorney, David Kendall.
Me neither and good point. I wonder if our Congressman would consider this clever dodge upon questioning Hillary? Probably not.
I’m having flashbacks to the early days of Free Republic and the topics of the day: Whitewater, Castle Grande, Mena, troopergate, Larry Nichols, Rose Law billing records, cattle futures, etc.
How they’ve stayed out of prison is beyond my comprehension.
Who do you think she learned it from? Or, maybe...he learned it from her.
If her server never left her house, how could she have sent any messages on her server?

This "classified material" stuff is a smokescreen to conceal something much more serious.
That is the gigantic bribery/money-laundering/tax evasion scheme known as the Clinton Foundation/Global Initiative.
Hillary didn't set up this email system IN ORDER to mishandle classified documents (although that was a by-product). She set it up to conceal solicitation of bribes, evidence of money laundering, and to evade taxes on bribes falsely designated as charitable contributions.
The reason this is important is that exposure of the criminal activities emanating from the "Foundation" can send all three Clintons to prison for a long time, while, even if they prosecute Hillary for "technical violations", the Big He and Chelsea will skate.
My question is, if she didn’t have classified emails on her personal server, and didn’t use a government email address, how did she communicate with her cohorts to perform her official duties that included classified information?
I guess she really wasn’t Secretary of State in a functional state.
