I do understand your pain. August is usually full of dog - days like that here. Just this year has been very strange with lots more rain than usual too.
In fact, the people at the farmer’s market are saying that’s why the tomatoes and zukes aren’t doing well - too much water.
Our record spring rainfalls quickly evaporated into dust starting in June.
