When we have a white woman being accepted as black, a male former Olympian being accepted as female, and a a liberal reality show host running for the Republican nomination, why not a TV host as Sec of State?

He's not a real doctor (medical doctor), so no. But then again, a President Hillary just might appoint him if he first gives enough to the Clinton Foundation.
