Heard from a friend today that someone she knew had a really bad lower back pain. Dr. made him take his wallet out of his back pocket. Said sitting on that wallet throws everything off alignment.
My son got compression fractures in a couple of lumbar vertebrae from a snowboard jump. Dr. told him the same thing about the wallet. Now he uses a small money clip w some bills, a credit card, insurance card, and driver license in his front pocket.
