The first sentence is chock full of prepositions and almost unreadable at first glance. Maybe someone like Snowden knows what kind of classified data on Bill Clinton would still be ‘hot’ in 2010, long after his presidency.

I was thinking they wanted the guest list for the dinner he was attending so they could either 1) influence someone on the list or 2) get someone onto the list, in order to influence bjclintoon.
