A++++ She does indeed, heck the “law”, ie SS agents and such, are not allowed to raise their eyes to look at her.

I took Annabelle to noon mass and she was so good. Quiet and charming all wrapped up in adorable curls.

What a HOOT! Trump daily pressers? They are free publicity and Trump is having a ball. He finally commits to supporting the Republican nominee. Slams Hillary and Jeb.

Where is this “recovering” economy the liberals are talking about? It certainly is not here in BFE-every dollar is hard-earned and the only things people have money to do are tiny-sized patios, gazebos, decks and Florida rooms-and your bid can only allow for profit just above break-even, or you don’t get the job.

Obama has an annoying habit-
He embraces being umbrageous
It works for him-now others
Believe it is advantageous

Hillary is just thin-skinned-
It has always been her thing
Just like blaming her scandals
On that malicious Right Wing

That whiny childish behavior
Has come into Jeb Bush’s game-
No wonder outsiders are ahead
Of wusses who pout and blame...

A++++ Has Obama stopped blaming Bush yet? Who’s Hillary planning to blame?

I don’t know where you are, but we don’t say “warsh” here-more like “wahsh”-someone I know who moved out here from Caspar Wyoming said “warsh” for a long time, but she talks like the rest of now...

Thank you! The VRW is Hillary’s favorite conspiracy to blame for all their troubles-Bill taught her that...

The summer people at the property next door have acquired a crotch rocket-one of them has been racing the thing up and down the road at warp speed since just after I got back from work-you can hear it buzz all 3.7 miles...

Bikers are big business out here-with real bikes, that is-but on a hazard scale of 1-10, those little superfast ones are about a 15 on these semi-paved, winding 1 1/2 lane country roads. It is not really a question of “if” they will have a collision with a tractor, stock trailer, horse, goat, etc, but “when” it will happen. The people next door leave after Labor Day, so maybe that rider will remain in one piece...

The long weekend coming up is summer’s last hurrah here. Fall leaves are already falling. The temps are really high this week, so it’s a last week in the pool. I am getting in as soon as my little curly top goes home with her daddy.

Leaves start to turn in late Oct-early Nov-they are not all fallen until early to mid Dec. It will start to get cooler in a week or two, and most years we have a little Indian summer in late Oct to mid Nov-which I think is one of the most beautiful times to enjoy hiking in the woods.

But the summer people all go back to wherever they live starting just after Labor Day-by the end of this month, they will be gone and everything is peaceful and quiet for the fall and winter-the snowbirds who arrive in Oct to spend the winter here are much quieter and do more hiking and other nature-centered activities.

We don’t either. I think it is a Carolina thing.
