That we are a nation of laws, and those laws should be enforced (there goes the Hispanic vote).

I know that with everything else you said in that post, you don't care much about the Hispanic vote, but I have to spout off anyway, for the purpose of educating others...

...YEAH, SO WHAT?! Who cares about the Hispanic vote? Republicans shouldn't - most of it is in states where it doesn't matter, one way or the other. California, Texas, New Mexico, New York and New Jersey are definitely in one column or another, REGARDLESS of whether the Republicans get 0% or 100% of the Hispanic vote. Since so many Hispanics live in just those 5 states, the effect of the votes of the rest of them is negligible. Romney would have had to increase his share of the Hispanic vote from 27% to 71% to win in 2012 - but would only have needed 4% or so more of the white vote to win. Which one makes more sense to go after?

Virginia, Florida, Nevada and Colorado all have substantial Hispanic and/or Asian voting populations. I don’t see a path to victory for the GOP if those states go for the Dhimmis.
