In business when you have access to a signature stamp or pre-signed items you are told very carefully and in great detail when you may or may not use them.

When I worked for the government as a contractor I was also told when I could or could not use signature stamps or pre-signed forms.

In both cases it was made crystal clear that using either without authorization would result in my getting a lovely orange jumpsuit with tasteful stainless steel accessories.

I was very careful.
