Did the first batch of salsa last weekend. It's a smoky ranchera salsa. Tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers (pablano & jalapeno), & oregano fresh from the garden and grilled slowly with some apple wood. Great on eggs in the morning. Also pickled a few jalapenos.
Probably can some tomato soup or spaghetti sauce this weekend.
