Esav’s descendants created the ancient Roman Empire and later the Roman Catholic Church which then produced Protestant spin-offs. Later they created atheism and collectivism (producing socialism, communism, marxism, et al) which ended up with a 20 century mass murder of some 200 million people. And that’s not including the unborn.
Now we see Esav’s descendants teaming up with Yishmael’s descendants for one last push to destroy every good thing Yaakov’s descendants have created.
The fourth kingdom

The ten nations are listed in Psalm 83. The king in Daniel 7:24 is the ruler/anti-Christ and after he rises three kings are uprooted.
Muammur Kaddafi was the third king uprooted, the other two, Hosni Mubarak and Saddam Hussein. And uprooted is the perfect word as these three had nearly 100 years of combined rule in the M.E. No small feat indeed.
Now who rose up in the Middle East before Saddam Hussein was uprooted?

Daniel 11:40
At the time of the end the king of the South will engage him in battle, and the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots and cavalry and a great fleet of ships. He will invade many countries and sweep through them like a flood.
41 He will also invade the Beautiful Land. Many countries will fall, but Edom, Moab and the leaders of Ammon will be delivered from his hand.
42 He will extend his power over many countries; Egypt will not escape. 43 He will gain control of the treasures of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt, with the Libyans and Cushites[e] in submission.
44 But reports from the east and the north will alarm him, and he will set out in a great rage to destroy and annihilate many. 45 He will pitch his royal tents between the seas at[f] the beautiful holy mountain. Yet he will come to his end, and no one will help him.
I believe this is the appropriate verses from Daniel.

Christianity is a girly boy religion compared to Islam.
To apply the Christian love one another, forgive and forget , pray for sinners etc to Muslims is a fatal mistake.
Practicing Muslims are out to subjugate , convert or kill us Infidels.
The only hope for survival is to understand that and stand up to the Muslims, and kill them if necessary. And if you are so inclined, pray to your God for forgiveness just in case you screwed up doing that.
