yesterday they had SHEMP covering the Pope’s visit, which was RIDICULOUS. he’s not catholic and all he was doing was saying what he thought the Pope should address. Did you see the Judge Nap article i linked on yesterday’s thread? for a gay man, he has def got this pope’s # and called him out pretty dang harshly there. would be interesting to hear Judge Nap talk to his pal Shemp about the Pope, they would appear to differ.

I try not to watch shows that aggravate me before bed time. Megan is getting up to the O’Reily level of aggravation. I did hear the comment on the radio on the way to work this morning. It’s funny and Trump deserves it but I didn’t think Carly nailed Trump nearly as much as the spin has it.

ok yes, Boehner cried like a woman over the Pope. but i have to tell you, i cried my eyes out, my own self, when meeting Pope Benedict. Several of xshub's colleagues who were there, could not get over how moved i was. Meeting the Pope is an incredibly touching thing. Now i can't say i'd get worked up over meeting THIS pope, but only bc i am skeptical of him. So i cannot criticize Boehner, who we know is softhearted generally speaking, for bawling about the Pope.

Yes, but John Boehner also cries on the Golf Channel.

So while I do give him a pass on this one, the man just ain't right in the head. And this guy followed after crazy Pelosi.

He’d been working for 20 years to get the Pope to visit and was talking about how his late mom and dad would be so proud. For once, his emotionality is understandable.

he’s dropped to 6th place i heard. people can stop worrying about Jeb, i think. he’s done.

He's such a bad candidate that even with the table laid out for him he still can't get a sandwich.

and it was totally laid out for him.

don’t deny it, but it is clear he’s a loser and much of the YEB shaming is unwarranted, bc he has been a loser from the get-go.

that too makes it perfectly legit. xshub’s colleagues will STILL tell him, years later that they had not seen anyone as emotional as i was that day. Sort of made me sad for them that their lives are so devoid of honest emotion that my tears were so noteworthy to them. Much like the Boehn, i can cry pretty easily.

when one is born with this sort of temperament [like i said, the Boehn and i share it] there is simply NOTHING you can do to control your tears. he may have mental issues, be an alcoholic or whatever else they say about him, but bawling easily is not a sign of mental instability.

i see this as conservatives scraping looking for crumbs for our side. yes, he said this stuff, but it was all very vague and subtle, whereas he boldly spoke out for the Left.

I was unaware that the judge was homosexual-but he certainly does have it right.

I’m guessing popes have advisors-shouldn’t they remind Francis that his job is to be concerned with religious matters and not political ones-or do they not understand that we are not a theocracy? I think the Cardinals misused the holy smoke this time-this pope seems to be as bad as some of the apostate ones in the middle ages...

I see the crumbs to conservatives as placating us, while the bold statements supporting the left were his passion. Sad.

Hillary is nothing like Obama
Making grandiloquent speeches
And with that snooty attitude
She isn’t appealing to leeches

Even though she is promising
Bread and circuses if crowned
If Biden just decides to run
Her message will be drowned

E-mail gate isn’t helping her
Bill seems to be holding back
Will he stay out of all this
Or wait to go on the attack?

Thank you!

Well he isn’t going to have access to any interns if he sits by watching Hillary continue to screw up-and it is a good thing...

What boggles the mind is the voters ready to vote for her.
