Remember with Fender...You can either buy an American made Fender made by Mexicans or you can buy a Mexican made Fender made buy Mexicans! ;) I have a Baja Fender Tele MIM....it has all the custom shop pickups and a neck to die for...I am happy.
My Tele is one of the Made in Japan 1950’s reproduction models. Bought it in early 1990’s.
