Trump is politically stupid. If he could keep himself from continually insulting people, he’d be at 50% in the polls right now. As it is, he’s likely peaked and once more of the others drop out, someone will consolidate the remainder of that support. But Trump’s ego is so yuge that he has to try to always put everyone else down.
One either punches the bully in the face or swallows his taunts. Trump is showing us how to stand up to bullies, every single time they raise their heads.
If he didn’t fire back he would be below 10%.
The good news about Trump:
He will tell you to your face, what other politicians and the media will say behind your back.
Therefore he has bigger balls than all the other candidates (and the media) combined ;-)
No he wouldn’t. He would be gone by now for having no balls to fight back.
seen his picture as a five year old kid??
he hasnt matured a lick.
he DAREt be not simply be donald trump he NEEDS to be...THE DONALD....to protect his widdo over sensitive inner infant
you may be right...time will tell.
“If he could keep himself from continually insulting people, hed be at 50% in the polls right now.”
What a great idea. George W kept his mouth shut and ended his presidency with 32% approval.
I am for Trump - but I largely agree. He can still hit back when attacked...but should only do it for those that are worth hitting back at. Swat at vultures, not mosquitoes.
Trump needs to be coming out with more specific policies (yes, I know, a tax paper is coming out next week), get educated better on foreign/defense affairs, get himself a couple of good political handlers to smooth over the rough edges (and nothing much more than that), and keep attacking the Dems (both Biden and Cankles, because Biden will be getting in soon).
You are so wrong!
I’m a diehard Trump supporter since day he announced. But I am starting to have serious doubts about him, and he’s causing the doubt himself. I thought he was getting ‘stale’ before Fox said it the other day. He needs to up his game dramatically.
He IS thin-skinned, he focuses too much on himself and the polls. His speeches are predictable and when asked questions they don’t have much substance.
In S. Carolina, his answer to what he would do about lowering energy cost was shallow with little substance. Because of that I only watched about 10 minutes of his S. Carolina sitdown with Tim Scott. . He should have fleshed out a lot more of the issues by now.
I can’t stand Fiorina, but at least she put in the effort to get well prepared for the debate. It didn’t look like Trump had put in much prep at all.
I think I've read that before. Seventy or eighty times.
