So $350,000 is the price of the land it sits on.
I’ve always hated the marketing convention of using “home” instead of “house” to refer to dwellings, and the example of this unlivable shack demonstrates why it’s so stupid.

Got my '72 built 3/2 brick ranch style in '92 on 20 ac here in central Texas for 59.5k (owner threw in a Ford 8N tractor, didn't need it where he was going).
Couldn't pay me 350k to live in SF.
