Hey, there's a problem in the Breitbart article: The DOJ's request was drafted as an order for dismissal without prejudice--i.e.,the original case is not necessarily and finally closed--whereas the Breitbart article says the Court Order was issued with prejudice--i.e., the original case is now closed.
