Look, we have a zip line near us at Mount Sunapee, nh. What a hoot. I don’t remember anyone being really hurt. But the same things happen if you go skiing , hiking or play a sport of some kind. Once you’re harnessed in, hold on for a great ride.
Idiots. Always trying to take the fun out of life.
Last Fall my wife and I took the canopy tour in Hocking Hills Ohio.

I worked with a guy whose wife forbid him motorcycles and firearms yet gave him a zipline ticket for his birthday.

Good grief! I am an old woman, and I had my second zip line experience in August. I have a SIL in her 70s and a sister in her 60s who have gone zip-lining in Costa Rica. Oh, and I refuse to wear a helmet while I am on a bicycle.
I much prefer modern roller coasters like Top Thrill Dragster...120+MPH launch, 420 feet vertical...but that’s just me.
