Actually not that informative of an article, hope to update this as more precise information becomes available. But it gives us some idea what and when.

I was concerned because my Galaxy S5 was left off another list I saw. I'm pretty sure my older Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) will never see this. It is currently on 4.2.2.

I'm guessing my bag phone is gonna get left out...again.

Am I the only Android user who does NOT get excited when they roll out these new operating system updates?

Everytime my phone (Galaxy S4) downloads the new version, everything is screwed up. Once you get used to the screen and keyboard from the last update, they push out a new one!

My Nexus 7 tablet has never run as smoothly and fast as it did when I first bought it. Some Android updates have been better than others, but all have resulted in slower and less responsive operation than what was on the tablet originally. Factory reset sometimes helped, but not enough. I still use the tablet, but not as much as in the past - the lagging and pauses can get annoying.

I don’t understand much of the tech stuff. But ping me, anyhow. I’ll smoke it out a little at a time.

P.S. Every day when I fire up my laptop with Windows 7, there’s a pop-up from MicroSoft telling me to download W-10. Why should I or shouldn’t I? Thanks.

You may not have to worry about that. You probably won’t get the Marshmallow update on your S4.

I've downloaded Windows 10 on my desktop and on my Dell tablet, but I can't download it to my laptop. Too old to be supported, so you may have the same problem.

I'm satisfied with W-10 on the two machines that will run it. Not really sure it's better than W-8, but at least it's not worse. Worth getting for newer features.

Thanks.
I’ll sleep on it.
