If you can afford a huge plasma TV and a late model SUV, you are not poor.
If you can afford to have fancy manicures and hair treatments, you are not poor.
If your kids get free breakfasts and lunches at school, plus a backpack full of food to take home on Friday, and you spend their food stamps money on other things, you are not poor.
