Sorry for the self-post, but the USAA site is not responding. Is anyone able to log it?
It works for me. I made a payment on my charge bill.
I get notices once a month that my USAA account will be suspended if I don’t log in and give every bit of information I can recall.
Which is interesting, because I never served, having been disqualified.
My phone app connects.
Just logged in from Thailand.
USAA is one of the best organizations I have ever done business with. I have had their insurance for almost 50 years and never have gotten a quote less expensive from some competitor trying to beat their prices. Many times, I have had insurance salesmen call me to give me a quote trying to get my business and when I tell them I am with USAA, they apologize and tell me there is no way they can beat their pricing.
And I have been with them as my bank for 15 years now and they are super too. I bank online because they have no local branches. It is a very easy experience to bank with them. Absolutely greatest company around. Bar none.
It’s working just fine for me.
I just got a ‘25 Year’ sticker from them in the mail. Insurance for home and cars, checking account, credit card, car loan, probably something else I forgot.
Compared to my local bank, their online banking is far better, IMHO. A good company.
Concur. Although I’m a little younger than you, I’ve only been on them for about 40 years. House, car, banking, it’s all great.
You may have to clear your data on your phone or cache on your computer.
