I had the same problem a year ago (different vehicle).
It turned out it was the Battery after all. This is after I had it checked 3 times.
Replaced it and no problems since.
If it “cranks(turns)over at normal speed, then it is not getting fuel or spark. Most keys have a alarm sensor in them, if faulty, the fuel pump will not pressure up the fuel rail, and the car will not start. Had this same problem with a ford explorer. After been towed , it would start right up. I changed to the spare ignition key, and it hasn’t happened since.
Where did the battery come from? I got the current from the local AutoZone. It is just a silver class battery (whatever that really means).
