None of the rents would add up correctly because all the calculations would be based on Common Core math.
Crime would be rampant (even more so than in the rest of Kalifornia or SanFran) because the cops would have to get by teachers singing Kum-By-YAH to those poor misbegotten bad guys who just needed some money for food.... not CRACK.
