Maybe it's just me, but the storefront with the Microsoft logo flying up in a framework of glass looks an awful lot like an Apple store.

Just like Microsoft to copy everything Apple does, just extremely late to the party. No originality whatsoever! Every Microsoft store I've seen is practically empty of customers; what a joke.

That's been a perennial problem for Microsoft's stores. They just don't have the cachet that Apple has.

But this new approach hopes to turn that around and make Microsoft "cool" enough to attract customers, especially young ones.

I had a gap in my schedule yesterday and took a walk over to the MS Store. I never got in since there was a line 4 deep around the corner and half way up the block. I know it was the grand opening, but there is interest in the store. This was at about 2:00 in the afternoon and the wait to get in was over an hour, maybe 2 hours. I may try again today depending on how busy I am, but my time is too valuable to stand in line for MS or Apple.

“Just like Microsoft to copy everything Apple does”

Apple people still post this?

I go to other tech sites and hear Apple people scream “Ive never heard anyone say that “!

Usually after some Apple event where they just got called out for copying ideas from other companies.

“Just like Microsoft to copy everything Apple does, just extremely late to the party. No originality whatsoever! Every “

Typical left-wing propaganda. Apple was never first to much of anything, liberals just claim they were because they are always so ignorant of computers and technology.

And every Apple store is full of losers trying to get their very expensive phones to work.

Love the new iPhone OS update ‘feature’ by the way - if you lose your wifi connection it automatically kicks in you data, running up huge bills without you even being warned about it.
